Our refund policy does not impact your statutory rights.
- DIVING PACKAGES Users may request a full refund for diving packages if the services are not utilized within 24 hours of the purchase. The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the package purchase. To request a refund, please send the request through our contact information. Refunds do not apply to on-demand purchases.
- PRIVATE DIVING SESSIONS Clients booking private diving sessions may request a refund within 1 day of making the reservation. If the refund request is made within the 24 hours leading up to the scheduled session, a refund cannot be provided. Private diving sessions are subject to the terms outlined in the respective service contract.
- REFUND PROCESSING Once a refund has been requested in the mentioned cases, it may take up to 5 working days to process. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed upon between the user and ALDC.
